We currently offer the following delivery options within the United Kingdom:

Delivery times are counted from the date of dispatch, not from the date of purchase confirmation.

4. Order Tracking

If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 working days after payment confirmation, please contact Domiralum.
5. Delivery

Responsibility for the goods transfers to you once the order is delivered.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.

If no one is available, the courier may leave a card with collection details or attempt redelivery.

If the parcel is not collected within the time specified by the courier and is returned to Domiralum, a new delivery may incur additional charges.
6. Delays & Delivery Issues

While Domiralum makes every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to external factors such as strikes, adverse weather conditions, peak demand periods, or local restrictions.

If your order is delayed by more than 14 working days, please contact us so we can investigate and assist.

In the rare event of loss or non-delivery, Domiralum guarantees either a replacement or a full refund.
