1. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To exercise this right, please contact Domiralum in writing (via email or contact form) within the 14-day period.

The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent products by Domiralum.
2. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, contact Domiralum within 14 days of receipt to check the availability of the replacement item.

The product to be exchanged must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

Shipping costs for exchanges follow the same rules as for cancellations.
3. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact Domiralum immediately, preferably within 7 days of receipt.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the exchange or refund will be processed.
5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 14 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

The refunded amount will include the price of the product and, where applicable, the original shipping cost.
