Returns & Exchange Policy 

At Domiralum, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Exchange Policy has been created to ensure clarity, security, and transparency, in accordance with UK legislation.


1. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

  • You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • To exercise this right, please contact Domiralum in writing (via email or contact form) within the 14-day period.

  • The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.

  • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent products by Domiralum.


2. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange a product, contact Domiralum within 14 days of receipt to check the availability of the replacement item.

  • The product to be exchanged must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges follow the same rules as for cancellations.


3. Defective or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact Domiralum immediately, preferably within 7 days of receipt.

  • We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

  • Please provide photos of the product and packaging to help with the assessment.


4. Returns Process

  • After contacting us, Domiralum will provide full instructions for returning the product.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for added security.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the exchange or refund will be processed.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 14 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

  • The refunded amount will include the price of the product and, where applicable, the original shipping cost.


6. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Customised or made-to-order products (unless defective).

  • Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or not in their original condition.
